Faithfool

If family history is a good gauge of marital success, I see that I'll be a sad woman for the second half of my life.

Things that happened to mom, aunt & the other aunt.. Just unfortunate. I wonder if that is my fate too. Or could I be an exception? Fate twister?

I am thankful that nonsense like polygamy is not legal in Singapore. Why are males allowed to have so many wives? Why do they even bother to balance their treatments to each individual wives when they can just give their all to their favourite one.

I know that it's possible to be in love with more than one person. & in fact, I think it happens a lot. But when you agree to marry somebody, he/she should be your only one. If not why do you even say yes in the first place?
